Developer & builders paid

Hello guys!

Introduction
We are a server setup / developer company. We are a little team but we get lots done and we need more people to help. I create servers and I tell the team what to do and if it gets done they all get paid. You get paid after the server gets sold and we create 2-4 servers a week. We are currently looking for as many developers and builders as possible. Please only reply if you would like to join our team- no time wasters please.

Payment
You will get a % from the full price - will be agreed on Skype.
Mustn't be to cheap. All prices for developers are the same as it gets confusing.
