Developer/Configurator (Longterm)

Hello Everyone,
Im in need of another Developer/Configurator. I am starting up my own server which is called MineChills and just need some polishing to get it to release. At the moment I need Custom bosses (I've Bought a plugin) and Dungeons. For the bosses, I guess I just need a configurator for that bit, but for the Dungeons, I'm assuming that it will need to be developed, I haven't come across a Dungeon plugin yet. I want a developer that will stick with the server as we go along. If you are wondering if I am dedicated I've spent hundreds of dollars of the course of 1.5 months on getting this close to release. I will pay on time. I will prefer a weekly payment to the developers but I can do Pay Per Project.

Over the course of the server obviously, there will be more tasks needed to be taken care of so there will be stuff to do over your stay. I will potentially draft a contract up just to keep the server and myself safe unsure if needed yet however.

Applying:
You must have at least 6 months of developing/configuring plugins.
Have time on your hands to be committed to the server. Don't waste my time and yours.
Must be 16+
Must be active and dedicated.

I don't think its fare that they have to be over the age of 16? There are plenty of skilled developers under that age?
