Developer for a Horse Themed Server

Hello! My name is Char, I've requested before but nothing good came out of it, so here I am trying again.

I own a server called StableCraft and I am looking for a developer to make a major plugin for the server. I have a link to the plugin but will only give it to the developer if and when they message me.

Before, I didn't have any money to pay a developer for their service, but now I do. I'm not sure the size of the plugin, it definitely isn't small though.

I would like the developer to be long-term, but short-term is fine as well. I will pay the developer by job not by hour.
