Developer for a plugin (half done)

Hello,

I was doing alright until the person I usually use to develop my plugins became too busy to complete one of the final plugins for my server.

I've got the source code to it (it was around 95% done anyway). Hopefully someone will be able to finish it off. I'll pay of course

I'll explain the plugin in DMs if needed.

I just want this plugin finished so that I can release my server. If you do a decent job then I'll definitely use you for any future plugins that I need
