Developer for addition plugin

Hello everyone!
I own LuckyEnchants resource, config of Advanced Enchantments + a addition plugin that add few effects.

The developer of LE told me that he is going to hospital to have a surgery.. he haven't replied me for few months.

Am looking for someone to replace him and code the plugin from 0, I don't have the src of the plugin.
