Developer for an economy plugin

I am searching for someone to finish or recode a plugin.
The plugin is about companies. The players will be able to create they own company and employ other players. There will be a stock market, where the companies will have his shares, and others players/companies will be able to buy them. Also the plugin will have some block tracing and action tracing like Jobs, wich will be applied to aims.
The project is all in Github, and you will have to work with the Kanban method and user stories. This is not hard so don't worry. Also if you have a better method of work you can tell me and we can change that.
My budget is 50 USD, but can be discussed, and I will pay more for a high quality plugin.
