Developer for an economy plugin

I am searching for someone to make an economy plugin. The most of the plugin are commands and calculations, but also have some interaction with player inventories and with WorldGuard. I have a document with all the info. If you are interested message me or reply this thread.
In the document is not included the error messages and some things that I think it can be inferred.
I also ask for daily progress, or streamings coding.
My budget is 200 USD.
