Developer for an HCF mod

Hello as you can see from the title I'm looking for a developer that can create mods. What I'm looking for is a mod where you can type /friend add (their name) and it will color their name a bright color that tells the difference between a /focus in HCF and your team (blue, dark red, something that stands out.) I know you all will be saying just do /ally but this specific HCF server (and PvP in general) doesn't have a /f ally command. And no I'm not going to be using this JUST for HCF. I think this mod will benefit the PvP and HCF community greatly and I'm willing to pay a developer to make this. Thanks.

No, I'm thinking of a mod. So I can tell who is my ally etc. Think of it as a hacked client that has .friend in it.
