Developer for ClueScrolls plugin/bridge

So what I am looking for is a clue scrolls plugin/mod that can directly interface with the Pixelmon Reforged mod. I have an example of a clue scrolls plugin that could potentially be bridged: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/...6-200-clues-new-default-config-rewards.30276/

I would like the ability to be able to create clues which task player with Catching/Evolving a certain species, catching/evolving a number of a certain type, catching a species with a specific nature etc. I know there are iterations of this existing but they are all private.

I forgot to mention, I have purchased the above linked plugin, so if a developer was able to create something that can bridge the ClueScrolls API with the Pixelmon API I would be happy, however if it needs to be a completely new mod/plugin thats also fine.
