I am Looking for a Developer that can help make us a plugin similar to cosmicPvP and we will also have some of our own enchants, this plugin will also be needing a Gui that displays all the books along with their chance. WhiteScrolls are a need and I also want Success Rates and Destroy Rates. There Will be Around 15-30 Enchants.
