I'm an experienced plugin developer/configurator and about 5+ years of administration activity.
MY MINECRAFT BACKGROUND
I've been playing Minecraft since about 2013 so 7 and a half years, I instantly fell in love with the style, the mechanics, everything. I quickly gravitated towards the multiplayer scene, I've been around for the greats and I've played most servers you might find on minecraft-server-list.com. 2014 marks the year I decided to make my first attempt at developing a server, And after spending so much time studying and playing other servers I had an idea of what I wanted. quickly realized this is something that needs to be learned, you had to actually put in the time and effort to get the desired product, so I studied various coding languages (java and lua were my main focus but I'm familiar with others) and became familiar with the infrastructure of plugins. I've been doing this for the past 5 years and have learned ALOT in my time as a developer, I've made several servers and worked on several more (I'll provide a full list and try to provide as much information as possible) and I'm still learning new thing so hopefully we can learn as a team

EXPERIENCE
My Servers
- TeeCraft - 2014-2014 : This was my first attempt at building a server, I never launched it but pretty much used it to teach myself alot of what i use today
- OrbitalEmpire - 2014 - 2015 : This is basically TeeCraft V2. I used the TC template and optimized it . It had a peak of about 50 players (which back in the day was relatively big) I ended up shutting it down for personal reasons and being unable to handle upkeep. It was initially a FFA PVP style server, spawning in a simple cube with instructions to not die (LOL) I wasn't familiar with the whole "monetization" thing so I never really received any money from running this server which is why i no longer could afford to keep it up
- CamelotMC - 2016 - 2019: CMC was different. It was my pride and joy. It was an SMP I made with some friends for fun and turned into something that none of us actually expected. we started getting 100 - 150 players A DAY. So of course by this time I was well aware of monetization and implemented a lot of different shop items (per EULA standards of course) and made about $300-350 dollars a week. it stayed alive for quite a while until late 2018 when the server crashed and was down for about a week. we lost a lot of players in that time, within months the server was virtually empty so we decided to shut it down for good
- My Personal Servers - 2016 - 2020: these are just all the non released server files I've saved during the years, I use them mostly for templates for working on other servers.
- KravePVP - 2014 - 2014, Staff Manager: My job was to ensure the servers staff were performing their duties, replacing staff when needed, and recruiting new staff as needed. some of my other duties were handling staff tasks and handling training for new staff members as well as reviewing applications
- OcelotGames: - 2014 - 2015, Administrator: My job was to look over and help moderators as well as deal with situations where further investigation and consequence was needed.
- CamelotMC: -2016-2019, Co-owner & Lead Developer: My jobs were to maintain and provide maintenance on the server as well as providing new content and generally keeping the server fresh and exciting. Also repairing and configuring plugins, planning events, and also acting as active admin
SKILLS I OFFER:
- Community Management:
- I will hold events for you, and help you increase your playerbase. Will write down every suggestion and give it to you and try to implement it with one of the developers.
- I will keep your playerbase engaged and hyped for the server.
- Staff Management:
- I will manage/mentor every staff below me in order for it to be good. There will be activity checks and punishment checks weekly. There will be a custom made promotions-demotions system.
- Discord Setup:
- I can bring in the right bots for moderation and other stuff like tickets. I can make channels and set up permissions for the discord if needed.
- Advertising/Marketing:
- I can get you YouTubers, and get your advertisements in big discord servers(Ads and YouTubers payment will be paid by you). I can also get advertisement on websites that bring in a decent amount of traffic and get Minecraft players in.
- Documentation:
- I can make documents for you. For rules, staff, community, etc. I can also make rules for you if it is needed. I can make spreadsheets for revenue if needed.
