I'll cut to the chase, I'm a developer with ~3-4 years experience using the Bukkit/Spigot API and Minecraft Forge. I can also develop Sponge plugins. I can use relational and non-relational databases like mongoDB, Redis and MySQL. I have proficiency in build systems like Gradle and Maven and can use Git. I have experience with managing, maintaining and developing for servers ranging from vanilla to modded. I am also a full-stack web developer proficient in PHP and node.js. I also have experience in operating and customising forum software like XenForo.

Servers I've worked for and the proprietary systems I've built:
Minepow (modded network with modpacks from launchers: FTB, Technic and AT) creating friend systems, website leaderboards, custom currencies, mod edits and bug fixes (through bytecode manipulation) etc.
Pixelmon servers such as TSA and Pika-Craft where I've developed features such as particle effects for pokemon, disguise systems, daily bonus and client mod rewards, custom breeding mechanics, vote parties, purchasable tags, custom currencies, boosters, discord bridges etc.
Factions servers such as Castadia (owned by Ambushment) where I developed an extensive custom enchantments (with 50+ enchants), plugin, mob hopper system, class system, kits and shop system, tutorials, crate system, etc.
