Desc: I am looking for a extra hand for me and my dev just to help set things up and help the server grow. Needs to be 17 or older. Does not need to know how to code but it is great if you do. no one pays $825 an hour... that's like 1.6mil a year. Even Google only pays like $150 an hour for entry level devs.

Doesn't matter what's harder though, 100 lines could take an hour or 5 minutes so you should only base it off time. You're paying for the skill the dev has not really the effort.
