Developer for Network (Mostly Factions)!

Hello, I just got scammed: http://www.mc-market.org/threads/65267/ so I am looking for an advance developer to help me with my Network. I have a Hub, Factions, KitPvP and Prison server. However I don't have a money source now due to my dad taking as he didn't want me to buy stuff and learn how to make a server myself. However it's been over a month (1 month and 14 days to be exact) and I haven't even finished Factions. I will get my debit card/PayPal back when I finish Factions and open the server and will be able to pay you with extra money. So need a developer to help me! Thanks!

Well for Factions I am basing mine on TimelessPvP. For KitPvP Badlion and for Prison I'm basing it on TitanMC. (These servers are one of the best servers out there and I love playing on them)!
