Developer for partnership

Hey, Mc-Market developers I am on the search for a developer that will put their trust into me. I know there are a lot of people looking for developers to do things for free but I hope to stand out from the rest. My Idea on here will sound simple but if it interests you I have a lot more to share

My Idea:
My idea is to create what I like to think of as a next level drug server. The server is based just on marijuana. This server will of course be geared towards the more mature side of minecraft. This is a untapped market that has potential to bring in lots of money. I have a lot of idea to make this server stand out, the phrase a lot doesn't do justice to just how many idea I have. I will be willing to share these after we talk a little on Skype.

Partnership Offers:
*As the developer you will have two choices on how you get your money.

1. You get 50% of all donation forever.
2. You quote the plugins based on size and complexity, then you receive 75% of donations until the plugin is paid off, then 10% forever.

Developer Requirements:
*Skype.
*2+ years experience in coding, these plugins may be large.

It is possible to get that.. This guy is looking for a developer to partner with him, almost as an owner. If the developer actually cares about the server and is actually dedicated to it, he would feel that he had to put initiative, and he would of course code for free. Well, that is, if the developer isn't a complete money whore, and it is someone actually caring.
