Developer for plot server/looking to pay

Hello MCM Developers,

Today I'm looking to hire a developer to work for me. This is most likely one of the simplest jobs a developer can have. I'm looking to open a new build/plot server mainly meant to bring in players for HCF base design practice. Players should be able to create plots, use schematicas and show off there bases to other players. I'm looking for a developer who can setup ranks, plots, etc.. for me. I'm looking to expand the server in the future and add a potpvp arena. To discus more about my requirements/ what I want, PM me in the inbox with your skype. ALSO: I'm not good at developing servers in general, that's why it seems crazy that I'm hiring a developer for a job like this. Yeah I'm really bad at that kind of stuff I really just want to open a server.

Requirements:

Must be 14+

Must have some experience w/ proof.

Must be able to follow these requirements.

Must be respectful and professional.
