Developer for project (Looking for teams or well-known developers)

Hi MC-Market,

I would like to start a new project in the upcoming months and I'm looking for a team of developers, or any developer to do the work.

I can help the team of developer as Junior Developer since I'm studying a degree of developer, but I dont have the experience and the knowdlege to take a big project.

I would like to recreate a create my own way of PvP PGM Server, such oc.tc/stratus network that was very famouse in the past, I'm able to accept starting working and change the public code that has been already published of the old octc https://github.com/OvercastNetwork , stratus network https://github.com/StratusNetwork .

I would like to create a online server with automatic ways to create public games with stats for the player that will be shown in the forums and website and discord. There will be also a ranked place where players can be more competitive, they will have also a stats for this games, there would be leaderboards, games... all automatic. Also the possibility to create some scrimmages servers for teams can practice if they have another team to scrimm. I would also need a way to create private servers that players would be able to do what they want.

So basically it would need:
- Website with forums and stats in-game
- Discord able to show stats
- Ranked and Public system with stats and all automatic
- Scrimmage system and private servers to players.

I would like to get a quote to do this project, only in the developer side, as I would need builds, desings....

I would be able to have a budget around 1000$ or more if needed and I would like to receive quotes of teams and developer with good rep, as I wont accept a new developer or new accounts created.
