Developer for small server

My name is ErrIDK, and I'm currently the manager of a server in progress. The owner and I are currently in need of a developer urgently. They must be mature, and have a little bit of experience. They need to be able to spend a lot of time with our server and be willing to complete tasks set for them.

For pay, we will currently only pay 3% of what we earn monthly. We know this isn't much, but you do have to keep in mind that we are only small.

If you make $1 for the month, that means the developer makes 3 cents... This is ridiculous. Start paying devs like 40% of your profits, then maybe it's worth it... Percent deals never seem to be worth it anyhow...
