Hi, i want to create a server, none of my friends know how to code, (Nor do i) and i would like some plugins made.

BUT

I do not have any money ATM. I will split the profits between me, someone else, and a developer. I am in need of this, i just need one minigame plugin, and maybe some others.

If you are just starting off I recommend you use some of the public plugins on spigot/bukkit. There's no guarantee your server will turn any profit, therefore no guarantee the developer will get paid.
