Developer For up and coming server

Hi there

I am looking at getting a developer for the up and coming server that i and a few mates have on our cards.
We are looking for a developer that i can say ' I need a survival plugin' and they go and do it.
We are willing to put a fair bit on money into this server. We have some ideas that are brand new and haven't been seen on any server before.

We are looking for a developer who has experience (2+ Years) with java and with OVH back end. You must be able to be contacted at most times of the day. Must be able to fer fill at least 4-6 hours a day.

So you're like the type of guy to say "I need a monster plugin" and expect the developer to know what you're talking about? Real curious, because if you are, I'd never work with you for even $100+.
