It would be helpful if people knew what you wanted before they agreed to do any work, and the fact that it's free would obviously make people even more hesitant.

Like i bought the server today, and i've uploaded my end and nether & that was fine but when i try to transfer the plugins, that's well the error come i do /reload and then plugins ain't there i'm transferring them over on (FileZilla) what everyone else uses.!

Try restarting your server.
