Developer job 1500$ monthly!

Hello!
Loking for experienced developer to work on Minecraft server.
I have people who worked it earlier. I have good managers, moderators and i have really good promotion and advertisement.
But i need developer with experience.
When server start working there will be about 200 players playing. And there will be about 100 players per day at least.

do you mind posting more details about the server here? How do you know you will get that many players and is this position only paid when the server launches as the payment will be from donation revenue?
