Developer Needed

Looking for an individual developer who can dedicate their time, working with us to customise and maintain our MC Server.
Immediate Start, offering $300 flat rate a month.
We need a completely custom Skyblock plugin to setup bungee chord and have a multi server setup for Skyblock, so that up to 100 players are on one server of Skyblock at a time linking the worlds together.
This is one task of many that would lead to a full time position for assisting in implementing and customizing plugins.
-Needs to speak/write fluently in English.
-Companies do not reply, looking for individuals who are Java fluent - must show prior plugin creations.
-Must provide documents of all changes, steps to reproduce, and maintain roll back versions of all builds.
- Must be available during the hours of 3pm - 8pm MST. Mon. - Fri. and be available during the weekends.
- Must have microphone and discord account.
