Hello!
I am going to be starting my own Minecraft Server!
And I might need some help developing the since I am kind of newish to the servers plugins and so on..
Note* This is hosted in the au region so us people might have 200 ping but you should still be able to be a developer because you still have a playable connection.

In the future if we get people on and donations I will pay you for the amount of work I feel you have done.

If you really want to get a developer, I would pay them up front. People don't like to rely on donations b/c what if you change your mind and shut the server down? All that work for nothing. Also what if the server doesn't do well and goes under before even getting 1 donation.
