Hello, my name is Leon and I make servers and sell them for money. I am currently looking for Developers to help me and I am willing to pay. You must agree with the Terms and conditions in this post and you must have PayPal unless you would like do free plugins for my server.

They are the prices I am paying for plugins. You get payed when I sell the server and your pay will rise for example if you make 10 plugins $5 will go to $6 or $8.

Requirements:

• 2 years+ of Java or the plugins will be cheaper

• Must be on quite often

Q: When do I get payed?
A: When I sell the server.

Q: I want to get payed more.
A: I do pay rises once you create a certain amount of plugins.

Why me?:
Of course you have other people doing this but I really am a kind guy and I do help people. You will not be payed the best BUT you will be treated with respect like everyone else.

Terms and conditions:
1. I have permissions to give your plugin to others.
2. You will not refuse amount of money given, it will be right.
3. Once given to me I can do what I want with it.

Define what you want. I'd be fine with most things, such as editing the source code, but I wouldn't tolerate someone taking credit for the plugin(s) I make.

It would be under “requesting”. Buying, is the purchase of something. Like I would purchase a plugin, or someone’s build. But I’m not purchasing a developer, I wouldn’t own him, therefore I’m requesting a developer, to make me something.
