I need a /filter toggle plugin from CosmicPvP, there's one online on spigot which I have purchased, found here https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/1-7-1-12-itemfilter.30546/ however I have one major issue with the plugin in the way it works, it's causing massive lag on my server, ill explain the failed method and how it should be done.

What the plugin currently is doing is registering all items on the floor and deciding if a user can pick each and everyone up.

What it should do is register the items a player is trying to pick up and decide whether or not they can or can't pick it up.

The lag is caused as its OP Factions with many spawners and items on the floor.

My budget for this project is 50$ if exclusive, 100$ w/ resell rights and 10$ if non-exclusive.
