Developer(s) for Hardcore Network (No Budget)

Hello MC-Market,

Currently I am in search of developer(s) who are interested in investing time in exchange for their services to help me redesign my network as I am trying to branch into US with the gamemodes; HCF, Practice and Kitmap to start with and slowly work my way into more gamemodes or potentially create my own gamemodes. I do not have a budget as I want to make a network like no other and bring back the Hardcore community as I do not want a pay to win server. The requirements for the position(s) are;

- Must have 1+ years in Java Developent and must have knowledge with Spigots, and large gamemodes.

- Must have an open timetable (preferably so you can get things done in a timely manner)

- Must have a microphone.

- Can not be associated with any other projects so you can focus on mine as I’m obviously paying for it.

How it will work;
- I will pay by project, you will quote it and then I will pay 50% upfront, and I will give information for you to start working on the project. Once the project has been completed you will then receive the remaining 50% owed and after that I will pay for the next project when I am ready.

- Projects must be completed in a timely manner.

- How many years experience you have with Java Development
- What your strengths and weaknesses are. Example: Strong with HCF Cores weaker with Spigots or something like that

That’s the thing I don’t have a budget it’s just whatever the best price that the developer is willing to give me. Because I don’t really have a set amount I want to spend, it’s just whatever needs to be spent
