Developer seeking passive / mild income

Hello,

I am Dessi. I have done this off and on with developers in the past and have made them a decent amount of money (Will not be disclosed for privacy reasons). I am seeking to start this up again with a new developer, or one of my old developers if they end up finding this thread.

However I am seeking a developer that isn't new to developing. This person will have to be extremely disciplined with time restraints, and they must show that they are willing to put 100% into any project I give them. If a developer comes up to me and says that I only develop prison servers I will not even look at your application, as it would be a waste of both of our times.

You may be wondering on the type of cuts I would take, if it is a guaranteed amount you would get each month, and how you get paid.

Your cut: 70%
Monthly Pay Minimum: $50

**Disclaimer**
The monthly pay minimum will only take effect if there is a low amount of development work that month. If you exceed the monthly minimum you will not be paid the $50 from me as you have met your guaranteed $50 month.

Why would someone work with you if you can't give them any reason as to why they would benefit from it. You say you have done it before but offer no proof. I have never seen you selling plugins or offering development for others.

Alright, fair. I have been doing this off and on like I said. I am willing to show a redacted spread sheet (Namely developers name and client name as I don't have either of their permissions to use their names in advertising) of previous development etc.

I'd recommend you show the products/developers you've managed. This will show potential clients that you have experience and give them a reason to trust you. I've do what you're trying to do here so don't think I'm trying to bash you, I'm just giving advice. Also, get rid of your $50 a month minimum.

Never thought you were trying to bash and I always welcome any concerns, questions, or something that can improve upon this.
