Looking for a developer to do mostly frontend work redoing 6 pages of a website for me, using SCSS. There is very minimal backend to do most of the site has been completed.

I need to stay under $100 to have this complete. The deadline is one month from now.

Do we need to convert CSS to SCSS or completely redo the front-end using SCSS?

The original site was made with SCSS, so if it is redone using SCSS that would be good. Not sure how easy it is to convert honestly.
