Hello! I'm hUnty, I'm pretty new to MC Market. But have been working with devs, teams, etc.. in mc for quite a while. For this project specifically, we would prefer experienced individuals and those looking to work on something through to its final stages & is confident in their work.

Quick Overview:
We have a pretty large project already started and are looking for a core mechanic to be implemented through a custom vehicle/transportation plugin.
Length:
We are alright with paying for a single plugin, but we are also highly interested in a long-term dev that would like to support the project further, and continue working with us on other features we have in mind.
Details:
We want a "hover-bike" system. Similar to how Destiny & Destiny 2 transportation works.
Vehicles would be available to every player automatically & stored in their "virtual garage" with the ability to "summon or call" it to their current location.
Players can customize the hoverbike model, color, and other aspects at different garages on the map. (Think similar to the GTA garage). We would have custom models & textures for the bikes, but just need a way for the bikes to change based on what the player selects cosmetically.
The actual driving mechanic, we would like to have controlled through WASD & potentially have a "Boost" that would leave a small trail.
If possible, we would want the vehicles to be able to hit other players and cause damage.
