Developer to fix a plugin for me

So I've been setting up my Network with no problems until now. On my Hub server LiteBans is not working and I have no idea why. I delete the JAR and the Plugin folder and then restart my server. But after I restart with NO LiteBans installed it just installs itself again. When I install the JAR I get the error message 'LiteBans is not connected to a database'. I don't have this issue on any of my other servers so if you can help please contact me.

Are you trying to use MySQL with it?

No, I dont want to connect it to any database yet, it works just fine on all my other servers

I'm not quite sure then. The only thing I could think of is to use a database

I contacted Ruan the developer of LiteBans so I'll see what he says
