Developer to make a prisons core

Hey MCM,

I'm currently working on a prisons server and i am in need of a prisons core with some of the following features:
Tokens ( Used to purchase enchants & upgrade backpacks)
Backpacks
Pickaxe Enchantments ( 7-10 enchantments)
Boosters (Sell & Token)
Autosell
Per group sell prices for ores ( Permissions based )
Pets (Sell & Token)

All of these plugins already exist with flawless versions (other than pets) checkout TokenEnchant, Autosell, VKBackpacks, and PrisonUtils.
