Developer to use JS Canvas API for custom aerial map

While I'm a developer myself, I'm looking to dedicate my time elsewhere and am therefore outsourcing some of my side projects.

I need a developer to implement the JS canvas API to create a 3D aerial map of a 100x100 square grid.
The map should be:

• Pannable
• Zoomable
• Have adjustable spacing between squares (padding to represent paths)
• Brownie Points: Some type of minimap on the corner showing relative position within map you are zoomed in on.
• Flexible and customizable: Must be able to change grid size (100x100 to 50x50 for example)
• Individual squares in the grid color editable
