Hello everybody,
I know this sub-forum is mainly supposed to be threads about requesting developers for things like plugins and servers, however, I wanted to make an exception this one time.
To sum it up, I basically just want someone to help me become one of those people. Developers, I'm talking about.
So, if anybody out there is okay with helping me out with getting into the business, I would much appreciate that.
Thankyou to everybody in advance,
- Michael

My advice to you:
Seek someone extremely reputable or follow the official tutorials posted by Java and Bukkit as many YouTube tutorials or amature instruction can lead you on the wrong path which will only make it more difficult in the long run.

Thanks so much! I'm going to take your advice and delete this thread. Thanks again! :D

You could watch youtube videos, but you cant ask questions... You can take classes if you really want to learn, fast... or you can watch 4 thousand youtube videos and sorta know it.

I would focus on the basics of java first and then learn the bukkit api or bungee api (which ever you are interested in). Having the knowledge of raw java will help you in the future.

To learn you can find your own "teacher" or friend, watch tutorials, read books (ex. Java for dummies).

You need to know Java to begin working with an API written in Java.
