It's good if your goal is to gain some experience or build up your resume.

Its not complicated work and plus if there is someone that is starting to want to build a rep with vouches etc to help them start commissioning for work etc.

You have nothing to offer from a volunteering standpoint to build up work. Even if you did, a lot of companies pay their interns nowadays.

Nowadays, unless you have any kind of studies you won't find anyone that will pay you even if you are an intern.

Well its a fairly new server that both the developer and the server would benefit from such a deal. They get all the vouches needed while we get plugins configured. Also nowadays you wont really get hired unless you have a good rep, Some people dont even hire people for free with a little bit of rep or no rep.
