Our server is in dire need for a developer. We need them to help us with bugs and setups. I dont pay for this position unfortunetly but you will be like another Owner basically.

Developers will not work for free atleast not here.
Try planetminecraft.com (Backdoors, bad devs)
or spigot or bukkit free plugins.

Like defcn said no one is going to work for free unless they are bad. I suggest using free plugins but also don't suggest it as if you want a successful server you are going to want (and need) a unique twist to your server. Highly suggest having a big budget if you want to make a server.

Ok, so you want custom plugins. FOR FREE. Won't happen sorry bud. I'd be happy to help you set up some of the plugins though.
