Ovichi is a scammer. I developed for him an Anti-Ad plugin, everything was good and he liked the plugin (I opened a testing server), but he didn't buy the plugin at all. He told me that he needed to go to somewhere and then he'll buy it, and I didn't hear from him again (removed me from his friends list on skype)...

He didnt scam, he just wasted your time. If you feel that he scammed go ahead and open a scam report on him instead of just claiming he scammed you with 0 evidence

If I remember is a scam if you make a plugin and the client just don't pay, even if you don't give him the plugin (I'm not sure though, I need to read the rules again)

I'm pretty sure that's not considered a scam. He wasted the guy's time, sure but he didn't manage to get his hands on the final copy of the plugin.

It's okay guys, if he does anything fishy with me, I will contact the MCM admin/mods. He seems like a good guy, but thanks for the heads up. I have begun development on this project already.

It is still considered scam, they accept scam reports for it and if he doesn't pay they will ban him.

They still will count it as scam, because you had an agreement to make the plugin for him then he will pay, then he backed out.
