I'm currently looking for an experienced developer to recreate 'ZombieHorde' but with an immense difference and style of gameplay. Not only am i looking for a developer but someone who will like to be hired long-term. Not just create the necessary plugins and go.

Budget: Large. $10/Hr? - Unsure about developer's hourly rate*.
Time-Frame: Not Set. No Rush.
Difficulty: Just time consuming in my opinion but not difficult in my eyes.

Yeah but most mc-market developers are insanely slow, new to coding, or some other dumb shit.

I will admit, I am not the best developer here, nor am I the worst, but I at least put pride into my efforts in Java. At least I'm trying to get somewhere unlike a certain someone who decided to rant about us developers who aren't as known compared to others. I understand where you're coming from, don't get me wrong, but refrain from talking bad as you'll someday end up getting backlash from this.
