Add bit more detail on the job, is it creating plugins or configuration & fixing bugs?

Building on this, just because this is a minecraft community doesn't mean developers will work for free.. You can probably find some idiot that skids and doesn't know what he is doing though. Developers spend time learning the languages and APIs to actually be able to develop, then they have to listen to your ideas and code them and this takes a lot of time to do.

So before you come on here and ask for a free developer or say you are going to pay them when you release, double think it.
