Hello!

I am looking for an extremely, experienced developer who knows his stuff and can ensure quality. I want someone who will work day and night and is committed to the project. I have a successful reputation and have many assets in order to attain a successful network. I just need a dedicated developer to help me execute it well. If we can create a functional network that can hold a huge player base (hundreds/thousands is our potential) without lag, it will prosper. Let me know your current experience and other jobs as well as a contacts of people you have worked with in the past. I want work to be done in a timely fashion and this to be prioritized. I'm looking for someone with incredible experience who can code just about anything I throw at them. I currently am nearly finished with a practice core that needs finishing and need to finish a core that includes useful commands, bans, etc, and a website. We will have future plugins to be coded. This job isn't a one-time offer, it's a commitment to the network and our future.

P.S. If you don't think you are experienced enough, don't bother asking.

Goodluck to everybody.

Sincerely,

Lotrix Team

Yes, that is. It's the first thing I consider before dumping a huge amount of trust and time investments into people. I want to know if what I get out of it in the long run will be worth the investments I make. Prices are the top priority on my personal list, if the price isn't high enough and someone requests development for a long period of time (assuming by reading your thread), I want to be rewarded higher than normal.

If you would like to talk about something else first, feel free to PM me and I will send you my discord.
What's worked best for me is a project by project pay scale. This would mean that we have to come up with a consensus as to how long something will take and what it's worth. I am a very fair person and will never undercut somebody. As I have just been quite screwed over to say the least. I paid somebody before a project was done and am around $1,000 in debt (money lost). I understand scamming is a huge part of people, but morally to me it is wrong. I'd love to chat over discord regarding this and see if you are the right fit for the network regarding your work ethic and experience.

Alright, was just wondering your average prices to determine if I should invest time into another server/network, as I have my own that is currently running and I would have to cut time from it to invest into yours.
Right I absolutely understand that. Usually, I will figure out how long the project will take and take it around a $10-$15 per hour investment. Once again, I do want primarily your time to be focused on the
