I am looking for a dev that can code a custom guo with wool blocks inside of it so the color of your wool block is your chatcolor from now on and a reset button for default chatcolor

You can use a plugin such this or are you looking for this to be custom? Also, you could just use a normal chat colour plugin with ChestCommands or Deluxe Menus.
