I need somone to take care of adding my server template to the server and fixing any small things that need to be fixed, they will get 15% of donations for 6 months dropped to 5% for another 6 months, if they continue to work for us after the first 6 months they will receive 10% of donations until they stop working for us.

Let's be honest... Your server wont last more than 2 months tops. (If that).

Not to be rude, but anyone without a good budget, and the ability to pay the dev's up front wont go far. Just saying.

To be frank puting files in the filezilla and fixing bugs does not deserve pay as it takes literally 20 minutes of work. If they want the 4 usd for that then they can have it, it seems a way better deal to get a percentage of donations.
