I am currently look for a full time developer for a faction server for a descent price, dm me on discord: llamamonium11#5321 You must have experience with coding java plugins and experience with a faction server or related plugins. Must be 18 years old. I will pay you after you make a small plugin to give proof of your skills. I will start charging $5-$10 per hour and increase if needed in the future after the server gets more money.

No, you have to present yourself in a formal manner or credibility is lost.

Eh, I don't think the presentation of a job advertisement is too big of an issue.

Not to be a dick he could easy just take the "test plugin" then say oh we wanted this you cant do it then try get all his mineman friends to neg rep you

I think it would really depend on what his small plugin is, but I would definitely request some sort of deposit on that.
