I need a developer for my server, I can pay you.

You must need to know how to actually do what you say. I expect you to know how to config as well how to get a server ready with support from a sys admin team! This is a solo dev job, you will have admins assisting you and one other engineer. This is for someone who has years of experience. (long term) (4k budget)
