Hello I am looking for a long-term developer on my server. I do not want a crappy developer and I am looking for a somewhat experienced one. I will not have many tasks for you but I would like high quality from the developer I hire. I have a factions server releasing today and I want to add some custom plugins to make it awesome. The server will be releasing today and we are expecting people to come on while I also have contacted you tubers to come and record. I know all developers are know thinking of "Why should I do this". You working for my server will help you increase your skills greatly while also getting a percent of the donations. I am not looking to close the server down for a long time even if it fails I'm still going to try. All developers will also receive 25% of all donations made throughout the time of the server being up and then working at it. Developers will be allowed to leave at anytime they choose too though I am looking for one who will be dedicated to the server and will help out. I am good with configuration and can configure anything so I am just needing a dev to help make the server more exiting for players. If you are interested in this offer please feel free to PM me.

Your post is super unattractive, it's one big paragraph that most people don't feel like reading, which is why I assume no one has replied to this yet.

You don't specify any definite pay, and you can't just assume you will get donations and pay them 25%, donations aren't required for players so it doesn't mean players will donate.

You should provide more info on your server, maybe a website, ip, etc to show the developers what they could potentially be working with, people don't always want to work for something they know nothing about.

Absolutely. You expect a long term developer, presumably one who will get paid monthly, and the source of the income will be donations from a server who has only opened today. How many developers do you think will apply?
