I need developers for Cyber-Dynamic Services as we've had an overload of commissions and more developers are needed to take some of the commissions.
Developers get 80% of the commission.
Yes, we are professional, but we don't have sticks up our butts. We try to create a fun and relaxing environment where it is enjoyable. We have a good name and plenty of clients. For the most part, I deal with the clients as much as possible so all you have to really do is grasp the concept and code.
I also try to keep tags to a bare minimum (all commissions have a department tag)
Finally, we are looking for a head of development.

Department Head is to be earned, but you may also apply by sending me your portfolio. You must be very active here and frequently take commissions.
Benefits:
- Additional 5% of all commissions in your department whether this was done by you or not*
- Can technically have first-dibs (within 10 minutes) on a commission in your department before others
Responsibilities:
- Hiring of freelancers in your department
- Quality control
- First quote must be given to a client within 8 hours if they ask for a quote. This doesn't mean the freelancer accepts the commission.
- All commissions must be accepted within 30 hours unless:
- Under $5
- Unreasonable timeframe/budget (agreed upon by 3 freelancers) -- please then communicate this to the client
*NOTE: Freelancer percentages are not being changed!
