Hello everyone! I'm debating whether or not purchasing a server setup, which I tested and most of it is perfect, but just a few fixes away from being amazing. One of the only reasons that is holding me back is having no one in it with me. Running a server alone could become really stressful, which is why I want another owner who is fully committed into this without having any other project(s) in the way. This is the following staff & requirements that I want right now:

1 Owner - Preferably having experience owning a server, and working around with the console. I want you to spend a lot of time as I will too, making this server much better than others. I'm putting a good amount of money into this, but there is a requirement to have at least a bit of money to put into this. Along the way, you will make your money back plus a lot more, so don't worry. Just have some to at least start out. (Preferably NA) More information will be taken into DM's.

Manager(s) - I'm looking for some managers who will need to work on writing staff guides, documents, etc. More information will be explained in DM's.

Administrator(s) - Pretty basic, you know how it goes. Mostly dealing around teams, also doing the highest in game work. More information will be explained in DM's.

Operator(s) - I need these people to work around the console. They will be doing a lot of configurations, but also some other things with console. There will most likely be tasks in game for you to do as well. More information will be explained in DM's.

Developer(s) - An unknown amount of developers that I currently want, but I will be seeking a few. More information will be explained in DM's.

Staff disclaimer: All these positions are/will be paid. Not some corny payment either. If you are with us the whole time, depending on how much we are making, it will be a lot more then these other servers are paying.

If you made it this far, thank you. I do require that if you are interested, you must read through this whole thing. I don't really think it is needed to answer repeating questions in DM's, as it is a waste of time. Also, if you are taking these positions I do require you to resign on any positions, unless we negotiate on something.

Finding another owner who will pay money to the server will be hard because you have no reputation and most people wouldn't really be willing to work with someone who hasn't been trusted by others and could potentially remove them from the server. Anyways, good luck finding someone. I would recommend you go on the adventure of managing a server yourself and just hire developers/builders to make you content.
