Developers dedicated to working for Alarha

I'm currently looking for multiple developers dedicated to working for Alarha. I'm looking for each of them to be in different timezones so I can easily get small things fixed, ask questions, etc.

You must have knowledge in spigot/jars, bukkit, spigot, and bungee. I will also want a custom-made website with leaderboards/stats in the future, but not now. This isn't a learning experience, this will be taken seriously, almost like a job.

You can work on other projects in your spare time, but whenever it's needed, you will be required to work on what's needed. It may sound strict, but this is a paid position and should be taken seriously.

You will not be allowed to redistribute ANYTHING made for Alarha in any way unless given permission to do so. Everything made for Alarha is only made for Alarha, we will also have all rights to the files/projects.

You must work well with the other developers, if at any time you are required to work with the other developers on a big project, you must work with them.

All the code in the projects should be clean and efficient. There should be no big bugs, lag or TPS drops. Any backdoors or anything that could cause problems done on purpose will be an instant demotion.

You will be paid per week depending on what you have done. Prices will be discussed upon contacting me.

How would you know if there is a backdoor in your plugin?

I'd look through the plugin?

That doesn't really explain how you're gonna find a backdoor

Well I mean I can read, have a monitor, and move a mouse. I'd obviously get the src to every project the developers make since they're made exclusively for Alarha anyways.

I mean unless you was to decompile it couldn't one just remove it from the source before they send it too you?

I'd compile it myself unless there's a dependency I can't have.

It would be cores for different PvP gamemodes (big), medium & small plugins, fixing bugs, etc.

It's not very specific, that's why I want developers dedicated to just waiting for something to do on Alarha.
