I'm really new at this and such and I'm making a HCF server. I'm sort of in need in Devs and need help in making my server the best as possible for HCF. I'm trying to hire a team of Devs that would make pluggins and impact the HCF Community with new features. If you were to join you would be paid the day after the server's SOTW starts. I'd assume you're planing on paying after you get donations, but you say you are paying out on day 1? How would this work? I wouldn't have thought anyone would donate just as the server opens. Do explain

Yes I do but idk if you know how HCF works but SOTW is literally day 1 and im paying everyone after SOTW to see how much donations i get and see how the server is running w staff being staff on day 1 to see if they are actually doing their job
