I don't think many people will be bothered to go to discord and have a conversation with you so I would recommend completely describing what you will need the developers to do on MCMarket so that the developers know exactly what will be required of them and what they will be doing without having to waste more of their time, it will also save you the time by not having to discuss it with every single person who contacts you on discord.

TL;DR add detail, nobody is bothered to put in the effort to contact and discuss with you on discord.
